Asst. Manager - Projects (m/d/f) Job in Ib Vogt Gmbh

Performs following functions

including but not limited to: Standardizing, implementing, and streamlining a process for project management and its documentation. Complying information and documents and drafting supporting documents and official/permitting letters. Identification & resolution for project challenges, hurdles, issues with help of the line manager. Preparing project plans, budget, project schedule, flow chart and reports for Management Information System (MIS) and their implementation for a project to ensure contractual/compliance obligations. Tracking project progress & project schedule to ensure the deliverables viz supply, services, and permits. Work with the Project Manager to mitigate the implementation risk, eliminate blockers, delay, and function to run the project within time frame. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans & cost-control Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and report. Support to the Project Manager in multiple projects MIS and its reporting, status and aligning deliverables. Understanding in-flow/outflow billing and supporting documents. Maintaining MIS, monitoring project progress and highlighting to the team internally on daily basis Close coordination with internal teams especially procurement, finance, engineering, site and customers, vendors Support to site team for all HO and vendor related requirement Qualification and Educational Requirements Bachelor s or Master s Degree in a related field (Preferably engineering background) Experience in material & execution management of Energy Industry experience preferred renewables (solar, wind or energy storage) highly desired Knowledge of industry practices and project management tools Required Skills Hands-on experience in MS office/Primavera v6/MS Project. Able to coordinate with the stakeholders. Should be multitasking and should have worked multiple assignments at a time. Can play a cross-functional role Candidate who have worked at site and corporate both will have added advantage Should be prompt and proactive and willing to accept challenging assignments Innovative and practical ideas to solve the project related concerns/issues.
