Job Summary

ASIC Test and Qualification targetting failure analysis, Stress testing, reliability, characterization, burn in. Pre production tests. reliability stress tests. Device certification of external standards.

Minimum Requirements

BS - EEE/ CS/ Electronics with 3 plus yrs in ASIC/PCB/System design / Verification. Exp in Test Vector generation and deebugging ATPG and functional. Knowledge of Silicon test requyirements. Knowledge of lab tresting and test equipment.

Qualification

BCA, B.Tech/B.E., MCA

3 to 15 Years
