Roles and Responsibility We re looking for a Supply Chain Manager who ll be responsible for planning and executing on supply chain activities (warehouse, transportation, inventory) in coordination with all stakeholders involved. Major responsibilities will evolve around: a) Coordination with categories for SCM activities b) Capacity planning & management (warehouse, transportation) c) Marketplace account management on WMS d) Inventory & inter warehouse stock transfers e) Training & guiding resources Responsibilities Coordinate with category teams to understand their warehousing, distribution & transportation related requirements Plan for supply chain requirements and execute on them as per the requirements Oversee and manage the inventory distribution across warehouses Manage & troubleshoot/ solve issues related to WMS Create the company s supply chain strategy Train and guide SCM resources on company s supply chain strategy & direction Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents) Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts) Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from demand and supply side Build input driven scientific plan/forecast for supply chain & monitor key supply chain metrics Innovate new ways of working to improve forecasts & optimize supply chain cost, reliability & speed.
