Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills :Oracle APP DBA ,EBS Administration ,EBS Upgrade

Database Administration (RAC, DR, Migrations),WebLogic

JD:

Around 7 years of relevant experience as Oracle Apps DBA

Installation, upgrades and managed services experience in Application (11i and R12) and Database

Should have done at least one upgrade of Ebs

Should have worked on upgrade of VCP modules

Expertise in managing centralized and decentralized planning instances

Proficient in Weblogic server administration is a must

Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups, register forms, printer setup, register custom applications

Expertise in RMAN, hot and cold backups

Experience in RAC

Experience in configuring Stand-by databases

Experience in configuring DR setup for E-Business Suite

Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts

Must have good troubleshooting skills

Implementing 24x7 production support procedures

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle a team, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents
