Key Responsibility AreasComplete understanding of the system.Scheduling and resource allocationEstablishing the right team structureBalancing the team correctly with help from SA/SE.Communication with client on various issues/ specsMonitoring project progress/ making changes to team/scheduleMaking sure various reviews are carried out in time.Raising alarms at the earliest when the scheduled release is under threat.Confirming to QMS standards and ensuring the team does so.Making sure that the release is 100% ok.
Minimum Requirements
