Position:- FSC ( Financial Service Consultant) - Direct Sales Insurance Graduate with 1- 3 years experience in sales of Insurance. Minimum 6 months exposure to Life Insurance Age Bracket: 25-32 years Must own a conveyance (Vehicle) CTC Up to 4.0 LPA (CTC hike is subjected upon current TFP range) Location: Himmatnagar, Jamnagar, Surat, Anand, Bharuch, Vapi, Amritsar, Ludhiana, CP Delhi. Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance sales. Conduct direct sales activities to promote and sell insurance products, specifically life insurance policies. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements. Explain insurance policies, coverage, premium calculations, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding. Provide guidance and advice to clients on the various insurance products and services offered by the company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance trends, market conditions, competitors, and industry regulations to effectively advise clients. Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and company objectives. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management. Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging sales techniques through continuous learning and training initiatives. Skills required: Direct sales experience in the insurance industry. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, specifically life insurance. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close sales deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proactive and self-motivated approach towards achieving sales goals. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales (minimum 6 months exposure to Life Insurance) Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales (if required by local regulations).
