Description
Practical experience with a wide variety of software engineering tasks
Collaborating hand-in-hand with skilled teams of software engineers
Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with seasoned professionals
Code like developers and design frameworks like an architect in automation domain using Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter, RestAssured, Shell scripting and much more
Responsibilities
Document and test new software applications
Assess new application ideas
Research competitor offerings
Work with wide variety of automation frameworks and tools
Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks (ex. SDLC, Change
Management, Risk & Security)
Solid, reliable judgement and can make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstances
Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of change, in parallel to promoting an open and inclusive environment
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Requirements
BE/B.Tech
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking, flexibility and collaboration
Ability to work in teams with excellent communication
Experience in Selenium and REST ASSURED
Experience in programming or knowledge in Core Java
Good to have Linux/Unix knowledge
