Job Responsibilities

Preparation of Plot plan layout
Equipment Layout drawings, skid layout drawings
Equipment foundation Layout drawings
Pipe routing & G.A of piping
Providing vessel orientation drawings
Pipe fittings, valves welding Module drawings
Standard drawings for commonly used assemblies, pipe fittings
3 D models of piping , layouts
Civil, Architecture & Structural Drawing Review
Vendor/Supplier drawings review
Pipe support drawing
Site tracing of piping systems and preparation of as-built drawings

Education & Experience

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Piping, Hydraulic preferred with 4-8 years of experience in EPC (Project Based) companies for Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, Pharma.
• CAD Certification is a must.

Knowledge/Skills

Sound knowledge of Auto CAD 2D and 3D software (solid edge preferred)
Sound knowledge of standards and codes like ASME, U-stamp, EN
Knowledge of SS material
Ability to transfer, display and manipulate your work using Microsoft Office and other programmes
Organisation and time management to complete work to project deadlines
A flexible approach to decision making
Spatial and design skills to be able to visualise projects in 2D and 3D
Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions to design problems
Knowledge of health and safety requirements in order to design in line with industry standard
Ability to work well independently and in a team
