Technical Architect Job in Hurix Systems

Hurix is looking for a highly motivated, experienced professional to lead the solution and technical development of existing and new upcoming products/projects. You should be comfortable working in fast-moving, uncertain environments with many opportunities and challenges. You will be leading/managing a team and will also be working hands-on on certain key accounts.

What would you be doing?

• Work with various stakeholders and identify the scope of the project, create a timeline, and come up with the approach and design for the project
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
• Provide technical leadership, oversee and work closely with the development teams constantly reviewing the code and maintain quality of the design
• Continuously evaluate the existing software to identify areas of improvement and ensure architectural integrity as additional features are added
• Document the architectural blueprint and end to end design through flowcharts and diagrams
• Coach and mentor the development teams to improve the overall expertise and skills of the team
• Evaluate and identify software solutions based on the requirements and the constraints of the project
• Take care of the development of critical components and POCs for new technologies to be used
• Be the technical expert in the entire stack of technologies used by the Engineering team
• Deliver high quality deliverables individually/as a team adhering to industry best practices
• Troubleshoot any errors or issues that arise in the application/infrastructure components quickly and efficiently

What kind of person are we looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience (8+ years) on full MEAN/MERN and LAMP Stack
• Strong understanding of latest technologies and fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP s), Design Patterns, data architecture etc
• Good knowledge of MongoDB and RDBMS
• Good knowledge of AWS Cloud environment with ability to do cloud formation, Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Docker and load balance
• Ability to do security recommendation and review of applications
• Ability to predict performance issues during design phase and provide recommendations on performance improvement for production
• Participate with the solutions team on proposals and deliver architecture diagrams, estimations, timelines, and technical solution notes
• Ability to engage with stakeholders in technical meetings
• Be a team player and handle multiple projects technical ownership
• Solid years of overall software development, experience developing web applications, working with modern web development technologies such as AngularJS or React, expertise in Java is a plus
• Good communication skills and familiarity with agile development methodologies
