Sourcing Instruction: Profiles should be of BPO/Call centre operations manager only (Span of control should be more than 50 comprises of Callers, TL's, QA's E.T.C).
The communication level should be 4.5 out of 5. Should have presentation skills and well versed with below matrix, also exceptionally good at problem-solving & strategic thinking. Pl, refrain from sharing profiles not matching these criteria.
(SL's, NPS, AHT, Quality, FCR, Abandon%, ASA, Capacity planning, Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.)
