Email Marketing Manager (growth) Job in Hubilo Technologies Inc

Role:

Hubilo is looking for a stellar email marketer to own and execute the development of marketing emails, specifically focusing on email production for our campaigns and other marketing programs. This person will work cross functionally with marketing and operations stakeholders across the content, design, and campaign management teams. You re a wizard with wrangling email html, a quick executor and have a love for pushing the limits of the email channel.

Responsibilities

• Experience owning the email channel to drive acquisition & engagement KPIs (Demo requests, event registrations, upsells, expansions)

• Apply email best practices and rigorous testing to ensure that conversion metrics are met and our brand is represented well every time

• Manage email requests from start to finish, from requirements collection to asset production, targeting, and stakeholder approval

• Build emails and segments in Hubspot and other platforms, thoroughly QA, and hit send on campaigns to thousands of prospects, customers, partners, and more.

• Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test hundreds of hypotheses to drive results including target segmentation and A/B creative testing

• Build and maintain best practices with email design and content, stretch the technical limits of our email capability.

• Own email QA from design rendering to email functionality

• Analyze campaign results and prepare ongoing email channel reporting and overall program performance relative to business KPIs

Experience And Skills

• 6+ years of email marketing, mobile engagement (push notifications, in-app messages, etc) experience at companies where email was a significant demand driver.

• Extensive Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email

• Extremely strong project management and eagerness to learn new skills

• Great attention to detail

• Strong writer/editor & effective verbal communicator

• A love of documenting things

• Experience with multi-variate testing

• Enjoys problem solving

• The ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a changing environment

• SQL/analytics experience a plus
