Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities Collection of Account Receivables

1. Collection Planning: Plan collections across regions based on payment terms with customers, distributors and historical movement of collection

2. Follow up: Follow up with regional teams regularly on collection. Conduct weekly calls and ensure collection plan is executed

3. Exceptions handling- Directly get involved in exceptional collection cases and resolve them. Initiate legal recourse if required. This may also require direct interactions and visits to distributors and schools


Reporting and Documentation

1. Documentation: Complete all documentation regarding invoices, deliveries done to schools, return stock received from schools.

2. Reporting: Keep all reporting formats, CRM, documentation etc. updated on day-to-day basis. Prepare management dashboard and summary collections reports.

Training & Collaboration

1. Training : Constant communication & training to the collection managers of different regions to communicate the process changes if any

2. Collaboration: Work together with the collection managers and regional business team and lead the entire collections as a project


Automation & New initiatives

1. Work with the tech team & develop tools that will enable better visibility and bring efficiency in the collection process

2. Initiate new projects or processes to improve the collection process and bring efficiencies on continuous basis
