Senior Associate 2-3yrs relevant exp into Risk Advisory services

Has worked on internal audit/ risk assessment engagements & IFC engagements during articleship / post qualification period.

Candidate should understand the risks and control environment of major business cycles, should be able to monitor on-field performance of articles/ interns working under them.

Candidate shall be responsible for leading/executing on- field audit / IFC engagements including preparing reports for review of engagement leads and charting our audit fieldwork plan.

Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

Candidate should possess good presentation & communication skills, also be well versed with MS Office tools.

Assistant Manager 3-5yrs exp into Risk advisory services

Independently executing assignments or monitoring the assignments (Typical assignments comprise of conducting reviews of systems, internal controls -Internal Audit and Internal financial controls, re-engineering processes, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Enterprise Risk Management).

Assisting clients and team members while also delivering expected profitability by utilization of the team deployed on the project.

Effectively delivering tasks and meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time.

Ensuring compliances to company s or organisation s policies and procedures.

Travelling within and outside Mumbai as necessary to meet client needs.

Manager 5-8yrs exp into Risk advisory services

Prospecting for new business by using the client relationships.

Building client relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts.

Ensuring compliances to company s or organisation s policies and procedures.
