Senior Enterprise Software Engineer (selenium, Webdriver) Job in Hotwax Systems

The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer will bring expertise in Selenium and Webdriver development, with 2+ years of experience applied to testing apps.

Technical/Managerial attributes:

• Writing automation scripts using Webdriver.IO/Selenium
• Knowledge of Web and REST API
• Knowledge of SDLC in Agile model
• Excellent unit test case coverage
• Proficiency in code versioning tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and development
• Client communication
• Performing code/test case review

Technology/Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following testing tool sets/frameworks: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber/Gherkin, UFT
• Demonstrated experience in test automation including planning, script development, maintenance, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in making script optimization decisions, supported by appropriate tooling
• Demonstrated experience with continuous integration, including Jenkins for CI and Git or SVN for source control
• Demonstrated experience in lean/agile practices
• Demonstrated understanding of application architectures
• A passion for technology

What you ll do:

You will work to develop software for Web scraping, Web data extraction and data mining for websites where data is publicly available. You will be writing the Selenium scripts for scraping the data. If needed, you may also write test scripts for automating manual testing efforts.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to accomplish the following:

• Preparing design documents and other technical documentation to support the business application
• Designing, developing and deploying complex software solutions
• Analyzing the user stories
• Reviewing code changes
• Defining the test strategy for user stories (of other developers)
• Support standards defined by ISO for ISMS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and QMS ISO 9001:2015
