Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design process, from conceptualization, prototyping to creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand user requirements, and translate them into engaging and effective designs. Responsibilities: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, development teams and stakeholders to understand the project requirements and goals. Conduct user research, including user task analysis and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviour, needs, and pain points. Define and develop user personas, user flows, empathy maps and customer journey maps that align with the target audience and business objectives. Conceptualize and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, considering the unique requirements and regulatory constraints of the targeted industry. Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed designs, using industry-standard tools such as Figma or Axure for web and mobile platforms. Ensure the designs adhere to usability best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of the designs and provide design support throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs based on user testing and business requirements. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5-10 years of proven experience in designing user experiences and interfaces for complex web and mobile applications, preferably in the banking, fintech, or finance domain. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or other relevant software. Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and attention to detail. Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and development teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team. A portfolio showcasing your extensive experience in UX/UI design.
