Honeywell Forge for the Connected Enterprise is a suite ofenterprise-level, cloud-and-edge-based software solutions that provide ourglobal customers with rich capabilities to improve outcomes for the assets,spaces, processes and people in the businesses that they own and operate. Foundational to the Honeywell Forge suite isour Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, which provides commonservices, IoT, integration framework and cloud infrastructure for our customersas well as our own development organization.
As a Senior Product Manager within our EPM Platform team, youwill be a central resource to shape and drive the software solutions thatenable us to commercialize our own products. You will focus on the applications and services necessary for our ownoperations as well as our partners and customers to deploy, configure andadminister their solutions. You will bethe go-to person to interface with our domain-based product and developmentteams in Buildings, Industrial Plants and Aero, as well as Corporate IT,DevOps, and Customer Ops to understand, coordinate, define and deliver thecommon platform solutions.
You must possess acombination of business insight, deep understanding of SaaS-based enterprisesoftware and industrial process applications, and proven experience in product management. You will need an ambitious attitude coupledwith strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills so that you can collaborate with and evangelizeto others in a global organization. Youmust also be flexible in your area of responsibility, as our market is arapidly evolving one, and our product management needs must follow the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly analyze customer / market / technical requirements, where in platform, we have to solve for our internal and external customers but also our customers customers
Closely monitor gaps in offerings and introduce new capabilities
Create Product Roadmaps based on detailed understanding of core competencies, technology strategy and ongoing commitments
Drive build-buy decisions within the organization and conduct licensing negotiations with third party vendors
Ensure alignment across teams to ensure secure, compliant and continuous delivery of the product capabilities in cloud environment
Conduct cross-team coordination for building Marketing Plans, Pricing, Product Deployment and Operations Planning, Project Planning, etc.
Conduct strategic sessions, drive POC efforts, etc., and build long-term relationships with customers and partners
YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of overall experience with in-depth exposure to cloud platform technologies, preferably in the IoT and Big Data domains
5+ years of experience in Product Management organization of Cloud based enterprise software
3+ experience with Quote-to-Cash enterprise software and related Operations processes:Sales Enablement/CRM, Subscription Billing, Entitlements/IAM, Automated Application software deployment
Masters or Undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical discipline
Proven track record of leading key product areas and driving market adoption in a profitable manner
