Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvementYOU MUST HAVE
Associate's Degree

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Some payroll experience, or similar relevant experience
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Ability to connect experiences, observations,and other pieces of information to see patterns and draw conclusions not readily apparent to others
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.Takes the initiative to get things done before being asked by others or being forced to by events
Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts and make recommendations to leaders as appropriate

Provide support toPayroll team to ensure the payroll related projects are initated, managed anddriven to completion within agreed timelines. You will be responsible forplanning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timelyfashion and within budget. You will utilize your payroll functional expertiseto align critical human resources principles with Honeywell businessobjectives.Key Responsibilities
