Job Summary
Job Description
- Lead Generation through offline channels (Visiting the site directly)
- Set up a face-to-face meeting with the builder.
- Onboard the Society / Builder to tie up with HL
- Diligently communicate and prime the lead through calls/messages.
- Intensely following up on the calls and meetings
- Review and maintain weekly/fortnightly/monthly sales tracker
- Revenue generation from the existing clients
- Handling post-sales queries and navigating them to the concerned department
- Should be flexible in terms of work timings based on business requirements
- Liaison between the clients and internal teams for various concerns, wherever required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, Communication Skills, Sales, Negotiation Skills, Business Development
