Job Summary

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to work the members of the cross functional team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plans. This can be achieved by analyzing and interpreting the outcomes of the existing strategies and bringing changes aiming at the revenue growth of the organization.

We are looking for a Field executive who must have 5-6 years in software Industry (AR/VR) Who must be a high performer. He/She must be responsible for the Company's competitive growth in terms of revenue and market share acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using customer sales methods like direct visits, cold calling and presentations
  • Identifying and opening new leads and partnership opportunities in the territory assigned
  • Implementing business strategies
  • Data driven and targeted approach to business development
  • Conducting market research
  • Analyzing consumer behaviour and competitors offers
  • Achieving sales target
  • Responsible for forecasting annual targets
  • Produce Expense and revenue reports monthly and quarterly
  • Promoting and Building a long customer relationship
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Attending meetings, expos and sales events
  • Must be responsible for presentations, white papers and case studies
  • Working closely with cross functional teams which must aim and direct at supporting the sales of the product
  • Conducting meetings, seminars, arranging workshops and stalls for promoting our product
  • Providing daily feedback to the management
  • Knowledge on competitor status and analysis
  • Must work from initial discussions till the sales closure

Requirements/ Soft skills:

  • Sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing
  • B Tech degree (computer science or electronic and communications) along with an MBA/ Management degree from reputed/prime institutes
  • Sales experience for 5-6 years Software products and services (AR/VR)
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication
  • Industry expertise with market needs and requirements
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
