Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder to suggest and execute strategies for Business Development
Understand the company business thoroughly who we are, what we re offering, who are our potential clients, how do we differentiate ourselves from others, changes in the company as we evolve etc

Research and Figure out various sources to generate potential leads in bulk on a continuous basis
Help the Founder with segmenting potential leads, developing customized outreach and follow-up strategy for each segment and executing it to maximize their conversion into clients
Conduct research on various platforms, remain actively engaged and share potential client companies
Collate and maintain potential client information in the internal database

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor or Master degree from a top tier college with a strong intent to make career as a Business

Development professional

0-1 years of experience in any field, experience in BD would be preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must have excellent research, negotiation and persuasion skills
A quick learner with hunger to grow personally and professionally
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and equivalent Google software will be a plus
