We are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum 10-year experience in the field.
1. Minimum 10 years experience in electrical & HVAC Engineer & Good analytical and logical skills.
2. Maintaining electrical equipment. i.e., Electrical Systems, DG, Transformers, HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control etc.,
3. Preparing BOQ s and specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
4. Planning manpower as required for the schedule of works.
5. Ability to Work and understand CAD.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ability to oversee execution of indoor and outdoor electrical work (LT & HT) at Residential / Commercial Projects.
2. Ability to oversee BOQ/Estimate/Execution of electrical works for interiors.
3. Preparation of BOQ s, Specifications, Designs & Estimation.
4. Ability to coordinate and consult with consultants and contractors.
5. Ability to oversee execution works through labour contractors.
6. Handling Cables, Transformers, Circuit Breakers.
7. Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at the site.
8. Ability to oversee execution of works in time by achieving milestones.
9. Ability to check and certify the quantity of works carried out.
10. Ability to advise on the requirement of electrical panels with specification and cost.
11. Knowledge in the field of Programmable logic controller (PLC), Variable Speed Drives, UPs & Stabilizers would be an added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized while doing so.
2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualification : B. E/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
