Job Summary

Some of the skills and experience we look for includes: Supports the implementation of a regional Benefits and Retirement strategy, working with the Total Rewards COE and BU HR Collaborates with the Total Rewards COE to identify any changes and update policies, guidelines and support materials. Works with third-party partners, providing benefits and retirement services to employees/retirees, and manages open enrollment processes. Manages day to day relationships with benefit and retirement partners and helps facilitate the resolution of support and service issues. Delivers strategic benefits and retirement plan communications, partnering with regional and local partners as applicable. Validates employee inputs and choices based on eligibility guidelines and verifies employee choices are correctly updated in proper systems. Partners with Payroll and third-party partners to collect reports and data (e.g., review membership lists and/or invoices for accuracy and advise insurers/vendors of additions or removals) Collects audit data with the third parties and manages compliance risks. Acts as a point of escalation for benefits and retirement inquiries, escalating to Total Rewards COE as needed.
