The Role

We are looking for an outstanding an experienced Java/AEM Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website.

Responsibilities
  • Skillful and adept in understanding stakeholder requirements, drafting application architecture and developing web applications from the ground up
  • Build, maintain and manage multiple web services as needed
  • Create solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
  • Design and implement web components and pages in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Design and develop user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle
  • Troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
  • Collaborate effectively within team and across teams

Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of proven Java/J2EE and Spring experience
  • Strong experience using Java, JavaScript, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML and CSS
  • 5+ years developing Adobe AEM
  • Experience with SOA concepts, principles, and patterns required
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Lead the development effort of web services, Design and develop SOAP based Web services
  • Experience with RDBM systems: SQL Server, Oracle
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar relevant study

Nice to have:
  • Strong experience in application development using SQL, PL/SQL
  • Experience in performance tuning techniques
  • Preferably ETL experience in design, configuration, data mapping, extraction, transformation and loading in an extremely complex environment
