Job Summary
  • Books of accounts preparation and finalization as per IGAAP, IndAS
  • Prepare periodic provisional financials for bank facilities and credit rating
  • GST and Direct taxes planning, computation and filing
  • Statutory and Tax audit closure
  • All Statutory filings and compliances
  • Payables, Receivables, Banking, Treasury & BRS, MIS & cash flows
  • Execute internal controls for CRE, ERP transport control for FICO and overview of access controls
  • Working with internal and external Legal, Tax & Secretarial teams to resolve issues
  • Working with Group finance to ensure proper coordination, consistency and accuracy of all Finance, Accounts and Tax matters for consolidation
  • Automation, Tax optimization, project cash management, monitoring assets as per Balance Sheet
  • SAP FICO experience
  • Managing a team of at least 4 members

    • Job Specifics:
  • CA+CS or CA or CMA qualified with 4+ years to post qualification experience OR CA Inter with 5+ yrs of experience. Above experience is excluding CA article ship/ training period
  • From Real Estate, Co-working Spaces, Engineering, Construction Industry, Iron and Steel and Cement (manufacturing only), solar/ wind or any manufacturing firm, CA Office with above Industry experience
  • Should be willing to work with teams and coordinate actions
  • Willing to take additional responsibilities
