* To make outgoing calls to customer.

* To inform them about products and services.

To listen to objections and handle them effectively.

* Preparing MIS reports, team performance reports and all such BI reports with analysis.

*To generate more leads from the customers out called.

*To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
