Job Summary

Job Description
- Handling inquiries from customers over telephone, chat & Email.
- Handling inquiries from agents.
- Handling bookings. Coordinating with customers and transporters.
- Invoicing and tracking payments, sending reminders.
- Preparing reports of participants, Logistic, Booking & Cancellations.
- Taking cancellation requests & processing in stipulated time.
