Job Summary

Travelling to assigned customer locations.
Broad band Installation, Configuration of routers, Fault repairing.
Providing customer with quality and timely resolution on Network and troubleshooting issues.
Setting Improper router Configurations, fiber cut Issues, MTU issues.
Troubleshooting LAN / WAN issues.
Testing networks with large sized Ping.
Fiber connectivity rectification, DVR configuration, Quality network maintenance.
Ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime, Maintenance of network switches.
Attending repeated customer complaints by giving them best possible resolution and to make sure issue do not persist.
Supporting cross functional team for timely connectivity.
Maintaining and reporting network database on regular basis to the team lead.
Resolving customer Issues within TAT.
Reporting the manager on facing different challenges on daily basis, analyzing and providing the solution to the customer.

Qualification :
Diploma/ITI/Under Graduates/Any Graduates

Experience Required :

0 to 4 Years
