Job Summary

Should have 14+ yrs of overall experience and 5+ yrs of Project Management experience
Should have experience in managing multiple Agile teams at a time
Experience of successfully delivering projects within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget.
Must have delivered Fixed Price Agile projects
Must have expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence used mostly in Agile development. Good to have Azure (ADO)
Enable scrum teams in delivering projects from start to end by facilitating Scrum ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate and support the Development Team in planning sprint level goals and deliverables.
Communicate status and critical path aspects of the project; deliver messages that are clear and concise; engage and maintain strong working relationships at middle management level for success of project.
Track sprint level progress using Jira and proactively identify adjustments needed to timelines based on unanticipated impediments and report schedule revisions needed toDeliveryManager.
Closely monitor progress, track schedule planned vs actual, record Agile metrics, create WSR and monthly leadership report with status
Work with Scrum teams to establish and manage realistic and committed project schedules
Track and resolve project issues/impediments and team conflicts
Lead requirements elicitation workshops / discussion / conference calls
Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
