Experience
Overall 7+ years of experience in IT and 5 to 8 Yrs .experience in Azure administration
Configure and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines, Azure Application, and Networking
Services to support Cloud operations.
Deploying and configuring HUB and Spoke networks for different environments.
Deploying and managing VPN s and Express route for cloud operation
Managing public and private IP addresses for VMs and for Azure resources
Configure and maintain Security devices like Application gateway, traffic Manager, load-balancers, Azure front door, and Firewalls.
Configure and manage IPs/IDs (WAF) policies
Managing update manager for patch management
Configure and manage backup and restore policy.
Experience in migrating infra services and Applications from On-prem to Azure.
Maintain Blueprint policies to keep the environment with security compliance.
Managing Azure ARM templates and PowerShell scripts for automation.
A holistic understanding of IT infrastructure includes server, storage, network, database,
systems, DR/business recovery, and continuity practices, etc.
Maintain Azure Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
Good understanding of and experience in working on Microsoft Azure (PAAS) such as
service bus, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
Configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP,
ASR, Intune, AAD Connect, MFA, and O365
Experience in working with products like ServiceNow, ELK, Azure monitor, Azure Advisory,
cloud check, and cloud.
Experience with using IT service management tools (e.g.; ServiceNow)
Execute change control, quality, risk management, and communications throughout the
project.
Ticket queue management and resolve ticket with agreed SLA
Experience creating technical architecture documents and SOP creation for operation.
Collaborate with internal and customers for troubleshooting incidents and adhere to critical
incident procedures.
Responsible to communicate with customers on project status reports and dashboards, meeting
agendas and minutes, and executive reports.
