Cloud Transformation Delivery Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver the cloud applications developed using Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, Kubernetes and containers.
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
• Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
• Resolves team impediments with other application, module owners and stake holders to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Agile Estimation, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Acts as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams assigned to mainly Business as Usual (BAU) work and to a lesser degree, important department initiatives and applicable portions of corporate projects and initiatives.
• Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction and higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

• Looking for a person passionate about agile based project delivery and methodology, a PMP or agile or scrum certified agile coach with excellent skills in client management, people management, delivery management, agile based project planning and estimation
• 10+ years of project or delivery management experience at least with 5+ years of experience in delivering cloud projects using agile based delivery methodologies like scrum, scaled agile, Safe or Kanban and devops
• Using DevOps in delivering the applications Proven experience in stake holder management including internal stake holders and customer
• Strong experience in agile based release planning, project planning, estimation, metrics collection and reporting and spring ceremonies
• Strong expertise in team management, grooming the people, conflict resolution, risk management, issue management, quality management.
• Certification in PMP/CSM/CSP/PMI s ACP/SAFe is desirable
• Strong experience in grooming user stories, product backlog, user story prioritization
• Knowledge on Squad based Spotify Agile Delivery methodology is preferred
• Experience in delivering cloud-based transformation projects using Java/Dotnet is required
• Project delivery experience using Angular and ReactJS is preferred
• Delivering agile projects using tools like Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps is preferred

Essential Qualification

• Bachelors or Master s in engineering is preferred
