Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders/clients and enable them by providing scalable and quality technology solutions.
- Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, implement proofs-of-concept whenever required.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues. Provide Architectural and Design direction to teammates.
- With help of the team, develop pragmatic solutions and build flexible systems that balance engineering complexity and timely delivery, creating business impact.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in software engineering: design, testing, version control, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
- Recognize and use design patterns to solve business problems Control Technical Debt by prioritizing them whenever possible.
- Open to work as an individual contributor (as per project requirement) Manage staff and assign tasks to engineers and technical personnel.
- Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.
Experience Required :
Minimum 10 Years
