Job Summary
WHAT YOU WOULD DO IN A TYPICAL QUARTER
- Develop OKRs aligned with the larger business and brand objectives
- Plan and manage the social media calendar to achieve the objectives/KRs.
- Be a brand champion and voice of Hevo on our social platforms
- Create compelling and original content in line with changing trends
- Use intuition and data to continuously improve the quality of output and outcome
- Be the subject matter expert on social media; train and build the team as necessary
- Collaborate with other stakeholders and play a pivotal role in guarding and perpetuating our culture
INDICATORS THAT YOU RE THE ONE
- Have 3+ years of social media management experience
- Can speak about their social media wins, failures, and learnings from those
- Can wax eloquent about how B2B brands could make better use of social media
- Understands how to balance pixel-perfection an6d bias-to-action
- Equally comfortable being the chaotic creator and the disciplined-executor
- Bachelor s or master s degree in marketing or a related field
