Job Summary

Demand Forecasting & Planning
Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons based on account forecast provides by sales, marketing, statistical forecasts and annul budget.
Responsible for 415 active SKUs for
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with country demand planner (SM), Manufacturing and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
Identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages with supply planner, to provide an early warning system for issues identification and to avoid sales loss situation.
Carry out casual analysis for MAPE and Bias/OTIF and develops improvement plans with Local Demand Planner.
