Job Summary

Act as a coordinator between R&D and Plant for the business needs of the customer and arranging accordingly maximum for the impurities and for the status of pipeline products
Coordinate with the plant for the availability of stock and prepare needed analysis reports and also rising the orders in the portal with respective of production schedule.
Extensive knowledge on working with Logistics Department for the documents process i.e complete shipping process.
Ensuring after receipt from the customer LCs and BCs for appropriate dispatches and other monetary transactions with finance as well as logistics.
Follow up with plants and ensure that the product is manufactured and deliver the same to the customer adhering to the deadlines.
Arranging samples as per the customer requirement from the plants initial stage or for development.
Meet plant teams (PPIC) on a regular basis to understand the challenges in product delivery and also final delivery.
Coordinate with Finance Department for keeping track for the outstanding payments and receipts as per the SAP with customer as well as with the finance.
Monitoring for audits and coordinating all arrangement for the customer / auditor visits and accompanying them to the manufacturing units, R&D etc and catering their requirements exclusively for the successful customer / audit visits.
