Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
  • Relentlessly follow up on inbound leads with the correct level of professionalism and thought leadership
  • Perform lead follow up via phone and email
  • ACreate and improve proposals for our existing and new clients
  • Work with channel partners to drive new lead generation
  • Develop creative ways to engage new prospects to increase sales
  • Integrate with marketing team to develop thought leadership content
  • Integrate with delivery team to provide market intelligence and feedback
  • Work as a team player with delivery team and technical sales support
  • Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5+ years experience working in a development role
  • CRM experience
  • Previous role in a leadership position
  • A valid passport
  • An understanding of how to interpret P&L, Earnings, and Inventory reports
  • Robust interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
