Digital transformation of exchange business by ensuring the usage of CertX app, Flash app & Admin Portal for Exchange Enquiries

Expansion of physical network by appointment, activation & development of “Hero Sure powered by Wheels of Trust” outlets

• Strategize expansion roadmap,
• Identification of cities
• Proposal discussion with channel partners
• Request letter generation
• Appoint Channel Partners,
• Ensure start of business

Growth in Business Volumes

• Market Activations,
• Outdoor campaigns design
• Scheme design
• Performance Monitoring
• Reward Design

Ensure streamlined sales operations and plan & execute marketing/ promotional campaigns for brand building and enquiry generation

• Ensure pre-sales & after sales support across all locations
• Tie up with Dlr ship – Finance
• Warranty Tie ups
• Booklet issue
• Designing paid services
• Prepare campaign calendar

Analyse product performance (Apps, Website & Portal) in the market and transform feedbacks into innovative solutions
