Key Responsibilities
  • TO ENSURE TECHNICAL ENHANCEMENT BY ADHERING TO STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR FIRST TIME FIX AND TO GIVE FASTER RESOLUTION TO THE CUSTOMER.
  • ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BY MANAGING ALL THE SYSTEMS AND PROCESS AT THE DEALERSHIP LEVEL.
  • ENSURE DEALERSHIP PROFITABILITYBY PROVIDING BEST SERVICE AND APRROACHING MAXIMUM CUSTOMERS.
  • ENSURE TO ACHIEVE THE BUSINESS PARAMETERS BASED ON HEROMOTOCORP TARGET.
  • MANPOWER MANAGEMENT AT THE DEALERSHIP LEVEL TO ENHANCE THEIR ROLE CLARITY TO IMPROVE THEIR EFFFICIENCY.
