Job Summary
Short Description
  • Manage overall Supply chain operations of plant to ensure effective materialprocurement through optimal utilization of resources, ensuring Yearly / monthlyproduction target keeping Cost, Quality, Inventory and time line.
  • Manage In-bound Logistics operations across HM4N plant to ensure Operationalexcellence in stores w.r.t. efficient & cost effective flow of material & informationacross multiple partners (Supplier, 3PL / Service providers, Vendor Development& PPC).
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Planning Scheduling&procurement of all parts toachieve Annual / Monthlyproduction plan including rampup for new product

  • Create action for Costimprovement

  • Supplier Quality up gradation

  • Manage 3PL operation withoptimized TAT, Schedule

    adherence, Safety regulations& Legal compliances

  • Team Building & Management

Skills & Competencies

Subject matter expert( Logistics Concepts, ERP systems, Packing Design, Material Management, MS Excel etc)

  • Experience of Costing, Budgeting, Program Management is must for the position.
  • High analytical skills are required in order to crunch logistics and packing data.

Ability to lead cross functional projects across value chain

Subject matter expert having 15-18years relevant experience.
