Job Summary Role VCU ASW Engineer A purpose driven role for you To develop 1st in class Automotive Embedded Firmware for components concerning the new generations of ICE / EV / HEV Systems. In Continuous interaction with Hardware, Software, and testing team you will develop Firmware guaranteeing delivery having Quality in committed Time. Mainly focus on: ECU Application software(ASW) development, Complex Device Driver, Diagnostic implementation, Integration with BS Design and Development of Software Debugging, problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures. Preparing Design Records and Testing Data A Day in the life Design and Development of Software Debugging, problem solving and Implementation of Corrective measures. Preparing Design Records and Testing Data Academic Qualification & Experience BTech/MTech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive or equivalent with 6-12 years of experience. Advanced Qualifications are an advantage. Technical Skills/Knowledge Embedded software design and development, Embedded Linux. Embedded C/C++, Low Level C Driver Development, Complex Device Driver Development, Middleware Development, MCAL BSW Integration Knowledge about software development tools (Lauterbach, HEW, VSlick etc. ) and SW build environment, Compliers & MAKE files. Knowledge about CAN Simulation/dbc files from CAN Matrix, Knowledge in using Vector CAN tools (like CANalyzer, CANoe), ETAS-INCA,etc. Understanding of Automotive Standards & Functional Safety. E.g. ISO 26262, MISRA Quality of software, MAAB (M automotive advisory board) Experience with NodeJS. Familiarity with SailsJS Experience in REST API design would be a bonus Knowledge of development and operation methods related to agile software Experience of working in ASPICE process capability maturity model, good experience in V-model development process. Knowledge of communication protocol like CAN, Modbus as well as SPI , LIN , K-LINE Behavioural Skills Adaptability, self-motivation. Innovative thinking and capability to leverage technologies. Strong sense of achievement and ownership. Openness to new approaches, high flexibility
Qualification :
BTech/MTech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automotive or equivalent with 6-12 years of experience.
