Job Summary
  • Implement, review and continuously enhances customer service strategies, procedures and programs to ensure prompt and effective resolution of all customer related issues and concerns.
  • Technical skill sets includes: Telecom VAS.
  • Implement service quality standards and practices in compliance with corporate standards, procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain permanent relationships with customers and successfully coordinates service delivery related functions.
  • Service Delivery, Operations Management
  • Follows-up on all delivery related issues and pro-actively reports to concerned Managers about status and potential installation or maintenance concerns.
  • Resolving issues or escalates if required and highlights implications to the project deliverables/ outcome.
  • Strategy and Execution of the Product/platform
  • Communicating effectively to customers about installation and maintenance status to manage expectations.
  • Should have minimum 4.0-5.0 years of experience in Telecom services delivery Management, Team Management and expertise in network technologies like SMPP, SMSC, HTTP, Mobile operator, SMS gateways, SMTP, Voice and VOIP.
  • Should have minimum 1-6 years of experience in Telecom services
  • Should have a Knowledge of Protocol Such as SMPP
  • Should have a sound knowledge of Linux/Unix Commands ,Relational Database
  • Should have a strong debugging and communication skills.
  • Coordination with the Operators/Third party for raised concerns.
  • Coordination with the Client and Internal team for the raised concern
