Role:

Liaising with Banks/NBFCs, Financial Institutions and Consultants for executing off balance sheet transactions and other banking activities from start to end such as-

• Dealer Finance / Vendor Finance
• Sales Invoice Discounting / Purchase Order Funding
• Other Supply Chain Finance
• Import/Export Finance
• Equipment Finance / Leasing Transactions

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders such as retail team, sales personnel, procurement department, operations team, etc. for compilation and summarization of data
• Preparation and analysis of master data sheets for submission to Banks/FIs
• Managing and closely coordinating with lenders on day-to-day basis and responding to their
  queries within stipulated timelines
• Analysis of Term Sheet Structure
• Negotiating with Banks/FIs in the best interest of the Company
• Assisting in Pre & Post Sanction Documentation / Execution of Loan Documents
• Operationalization and Implementation of SCF channel at the ground level
• Monitoring and Compliance of sanctioned terms and covenants
• Assisting is new business developments and supporting all investment related initiatives
