Regional Finance Manager (retail) Job in Hella Infra Market Limited

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department of the region mainly including:

• Monthly/ Quarterly and Year end Closing books of accounts procedure
• Supervising the work of team of Branch accounts leads
• Imparting team training as and when required.
• GST compliance- Liaise with tax team for timely updating of data for GST returns.
• Heading functions of accounts payable/receivable/ General Ledger (R2R process)
• Customer collection & credit control- Follow up for overdue customer accounts.
• Coordination with SPOC of Principal Suppliers
• Ensuring strong standards of Internal Control System (ICS)
• Ensure Branch Accounting/ Stock reconciliations/ BRS- Suspense closure
• Maintaining Branch wise/ COCO store wise/ Product wise profitability
• Business Partnering Provide Input MIS for Business Decision makings
• Cash flow management
• Budgeting- making annual budgets for the vertical
• MIS- Retail Segment and expenditure variance analysis
• Fixed assets reconciliations
• Ensure compliance of SOPs, policies and principles
• Coordinate annual audits

Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Desired Candidate Profile

a. Essential Academic/Educational Qualifications:

1. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Tally ERP accounting software, SAP/Oracle ERP and
databases
MS degree in Accounting or Finance- M.Com/ MBA/ CA Inter/CA

a. Minimum period of relevant experience required (in years) 8 Yrs

1. Nature/ Type of Experience required: Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager, Ability to manipulate large amounts of data with Multiple Products

2. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
