Job Summary
Educational Qualifications:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15 plus years of relevant work experience in the field of Industrial Coatings.
Candidates with NACE / BGAS Certification will be preferred.
Prerequisites
- Implementation of goals & vision of the Company.
- Ability to lead the teams for achievement of goals and targets defined.
- Project planning and completion within the defined time frame & budget
- Talent grooming & foster team building & development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project / Site management, coordination / liaison with clients, HO and Project team.
- Adequate & up to date knowledge of relevant standards, procedures & developments in the industry.
- Implementation of QHSE policies of the company.
- Resource management and effective utilization of resources.
- Project execution and performance review.
- Plan & maintain P&M required at project site.
- Foster & Develop safe work environment & culture.
- Innovative Thinker.
