Business verticals (wires, cables, column/casing pipes, agri/plumbing pipes, panels, etc.

LOCATION: - Aurangabad Ranchi Burdhman Bhubneshwar Guwahati Raipur - Ludhiana - Karnal/Hisar - Kota

A)Work experience with mid size pumps industry.
B) should have good geography knowledge of the District.
C)Experienced in Channel management
D)Experience of handling Distributor / Dealer manpower.
E)Ready to do extensive Travelling.

1)Analyse the potential market demand for the segment.
2)To achieve define sales & Coll Target.
3)To handle the Distributor Team & Guide / Review of the off roll team .
4)Give service to Channel & handling of their business transaction.
5)To take marketing initiatives for business generation.
6)Work on grass route level , to meet & creation of bonding with Influencer segments .BTL Plan Execution.
7)Retailer scheme plan & execution.
8)Finalization of the right product & right range for the Dealers / Distributor.
9)Work to generate end customer demand for the products.
10)Appointment of Retailers under dealer & distributor.
