Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring for Senior Manager Proposal & Project Coordination for Mumbai location.

Position- Senior Manager Proposal & Project Coordination.

Report to- Head Projects- India

Location- Mumbai- HO

Qualification- B.E. Civil.

Post-Graduation in Construction Management/ Project Management will be added advantage.

Experience 8-12 yrs of work experience

Company- A Reputed Industrial Infrastructure development company.

Type of Projects- Industrial SEZ, Industrial Park, Logistics Park, PEB Buildings, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Smart City, Industrial Infrastructure Project, SEZ, Factory & Buildings.

Skills-

1. Experience related to Industrial/ Warehousing/ Commercial/ PEB projects (Not from Residential Projects).

2. Project monitoring, Planning & scheduling, Budget control, Contracts Administration.

Specific Skills

• Project Control
• Cost Estimation
• MS Project Scheduling
• Project Planning

Job details

• Review of Request for Proposal (RFP) / Tender documents from clients
• Co-ordination with design team for preparation of proposal drawings in line with RFP
• Preparation of cost estimate for the items requested in RFP and submit to leasing team
• Preparation of construction schedule in line with RFP requirements
• Co-ordination with various stakeholders and vendors for preparation of estimates, filling of specification sheets, reply to client queries, etc
• Attending client meetings
• Resolve queries from procurement team and site team regarding budget allocations and work scope
• Monitoring of Projects completion within stipulated Time and Cost,
• Submission of Variation cost estimates to clients wherever extra items are required by clients.
• Maintaining proper & timely documentation and MIS reporting
