Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring for Programme Director/ Project Director for Noida location for EPC/ Engineering Group.


Position- Programme Director/ Project Director


Experience- 25 yrs work experience


Qualification- Master of Engineering or Master of Architecture


Industry- EPC/ Infrastructure Development/ Engineering Industry


Company- A Reputed EPC/ Infrastructure and Engineering Group company.


Target Industry- EPC Companies, Infrastructure companies, Engineering Companies


Experience- Experience in Industrial Projects, Large Buildings, Factories & Buildings, Industrial Plant Projects, Infrastructure Projects, Government PSU Projects etc.

Key Skills

  • Responsible for establishing the PMO (resources, systems, processes) & ensure Programme objectives are met.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing to deliver projects and manage the staff deployment through the life of the Project.
  • Provides strategic direction and selects approaches.
  • Responsible for development of the Governance and Organisation including but not limited to overall Programme management, strategy development, project interface management, plans, controls and performance.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of monthly Programme Status Reports.
  • Single point of contact for all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Responsibility for performance including quality, budget, schedule, client and stakeholder management, construction management, construction monitoring including ensuring quality control of project works, certification of works etc.; Effective Contract management.
  • Ensures proper reporting on Project progress through a robust Project Management Information System.

Experience Requirement

  • Active Registration with a relevant recognized international professional association or institute.
  • Project Management Professional or similar certification from a relevant recognized international body or institution (desirable).
  • Minimum 25 years in project management in which minimum 10 years in managing large infrastructure of Govt. / PSU projects. Experience in managing large Buildings projects would be preferred. Progressively senior experience in all facets of infrastructure / Buildings Program including planning, design, construction and Programme management.
  • Experience in low carbon/ sustainable urban/ industrial development projects are desirable.
