I would like to offer you a job opportunity. The position is with the worlds largest independent Quality Assurance Providers and they are looking for Pre sales Head - Performance Assurance

Location - Mumbai

Primary skills:

In-depth knowledge and experience of at least 6+ years in the presales function. Provide thought leadership in practice growth strategy
360 degree exposure to interacting and liaising with customers, sales and BD and internal practice functions.
Ability to define the strategic direction, growth projections and willingness to sign up for revenue targets as well as revenue run rates.
Ability to quantify growth (top line as well as bottom line)
Deal structuring and service delivery models win themes and value propositions
New service incubations / improvising existing services
Collaboration with OEMs and third party solution partners in stitching integrated service offerings Pre-production / Production environments
Ability to sign up and delivery on SLAs / KPI for presales function as a whole on behalf of the Performance assurance practice Lead generation, conversions, Annuity, service mix, efficiencies, budget vs actuals etc.

Other Skills:

Continuous improvement and team capability enhancements
Mentor, guide and philosopher for the entire presales function
Ability to sell concepts to internal stakeholders as well as clients
Geographical integration carrying the team along
Constant engagement of sales and BD by enabling them to sell better
Overall around 15+ years of experience with presales experience up to 6 years (after transition from delivery / architect kind of roles) preferably has or is handling a similar kind of role currently.
