QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors in Commerce / Masters Degree in Commerce/ Chartered Accountant

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash as per Indian accounting standards and has worked in Shared Services setup.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage contract and sales order creation on SAP
  • Create invoices on the system based on commercial terms
  • Scrutinize bank advices & post all entries in SAP
  • Perform cash application and generate money receipts
  • Clear customer and liaise with front-end teams to manage debtors & ensure timely recovery
  • Conduct customer reconciliations
  • Process credit/ debit notes and collections
  • Prepare data for accounting, internal audit & timely closure of accounts at period-end (month, quarter or year)
  • Prepare periodic management reports such as debtors ageing etc.

KEY SKILLS:

  • OTC Process expertise
  • ERP (SAP)
  • Shared Services experience
  • Understanding of AR Tools (Workflows etc.)
