Roles and Responsibilities

• The Category Manager will be responsible for the P&L and will have to manage all aspects of the portfolio beginning with sourcing, positioning, post sales and customer experience.
• Someone who has experience in cross-functional teams including marketing, inventory management, product, site merchandising, operations to grow top and bottom line for your category, increase volumes and margins, while assessing cost optimization opportunities.
• Identifying strategic choices to build P&L specific revenue and profitability
• End to end responsibility of customer experience and growth of the category assigned
• Presenting widest selection of products to customers at the best prices, bringing in the relevant assortment, designing targeted site experience, category properties resulting in improved conversion
• Need candidates from Mattresses background experience.
