Ui/ux Lead Engineer / Head Engineer Job in Heaptrace Technology

Responsibilities: 1. UI/UX Design: - Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website using tools like Figma. - Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to ensure seamless user experiences. - Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine UI/UX design elements. 2. Branding: - Lead the rebranding efforts, including refreshing the company logo, color palette, typography, and visual identity. - Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials. - Align branding with company values, target audience, and market positioning. 3. Social Media Management: - Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts. - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and thought process. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software. - Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing. - Experience in logo design, branding, and aesthetics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of social media platforms and business usage. - Strong project management skills. - Willingness to relocate to Pune for this full-time position.
